Before chasing a record, Pau Capell went looking for a new rhythm. In the highlands of Kenya, among dusty tracks and golden light, I followed him as he trained alongside local runners — not to learn how to run faster, but to understand whythey run.
These images capture the essence of that search: the humility of starting over, the grace of collective effort, and the silent discipline of those who have made running a way of life.
This series is a tribute to the lightness, community, and inner strength that define not only a place, but a way of being — where every step is grounded, and every breath carries meaning.
